Last November when I was at the Norwex Luau Dinner in Hawaii, the marketing department caught me en route to the roasted pig table and asked me a few questions about Leadership.
Leadership isn’t assigned to you in this business model. In direct sales, you choose it.
I never imagined myself an entrepreneur beyond a few successful summer lemonade/Kool-Aid stands, but Norwex was an avenue to sharing product that was crazy about and supported a mission I was dedicated to.
Earning a few hundred dollars a month was crucial to our family’s well-being 4 years ago. Money was an issue, and every day I am reminded that for most Americans, debt and financial insecurity is one of the top stressors for families.
So with that in mind, I decided to build a Norwex team. To help others, but also to help myself. I love how this business model rewards you for helping others first.
When you support other women, incredible things happen.

I love how real you are Amanda. It shows me that I can be as successful as I want to be with this business by being who I am and allowing changes to come organically and naturally, and to help me be the better me that I don’t know even exists yet! you inspire me every day. Thank you!
You are SO fun to work with. I am so happy that despite thousands of miles between us and only a phone conversation or two, you decided to join!
